boinc-client-nvidia-cuda software package provides metapackage for CUDA-savvy BOINC client and manager, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install boinc-client-nvidia-cuda
boinc-client-nvidia-cuda is installed in your system.
Make ensure the boinc-client-nvidia-cuda package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep boinc-client-nvidia-cuda *
You will get with boinc-client-nvidia-cuda package name, version, architecture and description in a table
